We do not have pre-set holiday packages, as we tailor each golf trip to your wishes and preferences. You will not have to concern yourself with booking accommodations, transfers, and tee times. By letting us know your desires, you provide the necessary information for us to design your personalized holiday, including any airport transfers or sightseeing trips you might want.
If your booking includes buggies, it will show under the important notes section of your confirmation. Generally, however, they are not included in the price but can be requested through your sales consultant.
After booking your holiday with us, our golf coordinator will book all your tee times and accommodations. Upon confirmation of your booking, your login screen will show you updated information about your golf holidays. After the final payment, you will receive the vouchers for your trip.
You receive a 100% refund if the golf course closes because of the weather.
If the golf course has to close mid-game, the venue’s personnel will give you a rain check.
But in case the course is open for play and you choose not to, you will receive no refund.
Generally, there is a requirement at most Slovenian golf courses that golfers wear a collared shirt. No denim is allowed at any of our locations, either.
All the details you need for your trip will be attached to your confirmation, including coupons. If they are not, however, then they are not required. We require you to print the confirmation and bring it with you, though.
Check-in can vary from venue to venue. Standard check-in time is usually after 2 PM. Your sales agent will confirm that at the time of your booking. Early check-in and late check-out may be available, but this can be subject to an additional charge.
